so much beautiful time

Inspired by a line from an Olivia Gatwood poem, this collection imagines a broad alternative universe, one where womxn are unfazed by and freed from consumerism, the beauty industry, diet culture, social advertising, misogyny, racism, colorism and all the havoc those institutions have wreaked on our bodies, our minds, our earth. Here, all those hours taken by the myriad of oppressive structures at play are instead, hours handed back, lovingly, as hours to rest, to create, to be in supportive community.⁣ Two pieces from this collection were published in 10th Floor Studio's book, -of Earth.
